Joe Latta, ’01, is the founder and director of Freestyle Editorial, a provider of business writing, editing, and training services. Latta has consulted with professional service organizations on opportunities in excess of $300 million, and has served in proposal management and business development roles for companies in the IT, accounting and engineering industries. He possesses an M.A. in Professional Writing and is a former board member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals Chesapeake Chapter.
Joe will be discussing strategies for creating and giving more persuasive sales presentations. Combining observations from the field with relevant research, he’ll address common misconceptions and recommendations for more effective practices and structures. While focusing on sales presentations, this interactive talk will be valuable to any professional who wants to have more compelling documents or presentations.
