August Beans and Bread Service Opportunity
For many years, Loyola has provided meals for those in need on the last Sunday of each month. During the summer months, Loyola needs additional volunteers to help ensure we are able to accommodate all of the guests at Beans and Bread. The Baltimore Alumni Chapter would like to call on this spirit of giving back and request alumni volunteers for Beans and Bread.

12th Annual Diane Geppi-Aikens Memorial 5K Run & 1-Mile Walk
The run and fun run/walk benefits the Diane Geppi-Aikens Endowed Scholarship at Loyola University Maryland, honoring the legacy of former Loyola Women's Lacrosse Head Coach Diane Geppi-Aikens who passed away in 2003. Geppi-Aikens was Loyola's head coach from 1989-2003 and amassed a career record of 197-71, including 10 NCAA Tournament appearances and a No. 1 national ranking in 2003.
