The Loyola Economics department will be commemorating our 40th anniversary with a dinner on campus.   As always the gathering will be an opportunity for alumni, faculty, and students to socialize, network, and reminisce.  Business attire is requested.  A cocktail hour will be followed by dinner and the program. The price for the event is $50 per person and includes wine, hors d’ouevres and your meal.  

We are pleased to announce that founding department members Prof. John Jordan and Prof. Lee Bell will be attending the dinner.  We will be asking Professors Jordan and Bell to share some memories about the early days of the Economics Department at the dinner.  Of course you can also expect to see current faculty members in attendance.  This gathering will also be an opportunity for the Economics Department to introduce new faculty, share some of our recent accomplishments, and make one particularly 
exciting announcement.
