SUMMARY:Holocaust Survivor Bretholz Recounts Experiences
DESCRIPTION:Holocaust survivor Leo Bretholz will deliver remarks on "Leap into Darkness So to Tell the Story" at an event sponsored by the Honors Program. His name was listed among the 1,000 passengers who rode transport No. 42 from Drancy, France, to Auschwitz, of whom only five survived. He did it by leaping from the train in transit and had to make a total of five harrowing escapes. Come and hear of his survival and his promise to tell the story on behalf of those who did not survive.

This event will be held on April 17, 7 - 9 p.m., in the 4th Floor Program Room of the Andrew White Student Center. For additional information and to register, please contact Patricia Ingram at 410-617-2617 or pingram@loyola.edu.
