Attendees will be provided with a short overview of a project recently completed by the Center for Sustainable Social Impact and this will serve as the basis for a lively discussion facilitated by Desai. The discussion will explore the process business leaders and teams should go through to effectively develop strategy for new and expanded business. After the discussion, Suzanne Montazer, MBA '11, will share insights about the process the Center for Sustainable Social Impact used to help a client to define a new business strategy.Networking will begin at 6:30 p.m. and the case discussion will take place from 7-8:30 p.m. For those unable to attend in person, this event will be available as a live webcast the evening of the event.
